About Us
With over 20 years experience in supporting individuals with diverse abilities, we began Cedar Pathways Support Services Inc. to continue our passion of helping others to reach their fullest potential. Cedar Pathways is a qualified Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) service provider currently supporting individuals 19 years of age & older in Bella Coola, BC.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of support that is customized to meet the changing needs of every unique individual. We support you by empowering your independence, helping you set and accomplish goals, strengthen your current support networks and much more.

Services
Culturally Safe Services
- We will work with indigenous individuals, families and support networks in a way which is respectful, inclusive and culturally sensitive. We support you to draw strengths from your identity, culture and community.
Employment Supports
- We support you in finding employment that is customized or we can support you in your employment that you have already obtained. We will support you in the work place until you are comfortable in your role, then we will slowly fade out as natural supports in the work place are developed, while still providing support as needed for long term success.
Skill Development
- Support that enhances an individual's quality of life by maintaining and increasing independence, building life skills and enhancing personal development.
Individual And Family Wellness
- This service provides your family a break from the challenges of caregiving. This service may be delivered at home or at another location. We take care of all the logistics for you.
Homemaker
- Homemaker support is available for individuals who require personal care or basic housekeeping services. This service may also be accessed by families/caregivers if they provide unpaid, ongoing support in home.
Supports To Live In My Home Services
- Staffed Living/ A staffed home where the staff support you in your normal daily routine to perform tasks such as cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, grocery shopping, appointments and more.
- Independent Living/ Support that is customized for individuals living alone who need a few hours of support throughout the week. We can create a schedule together that works best for you.
Host Agency
- We are Approved by CLBC to administer the funds allocated to individuals. We work as a team with the individual, family and support network to manage the services and supports required so that independent living is successful. This allows the individual, family and support network to enjoy the benefits of individualized funding without time consuming responsibilities such as paper work and record keeping.
We are currently working to expand our services to offer a wider range of support options.
